Community Creative Groups
I work for the Open Door charity in Exmouth, running several creative groups for the community.
On Tuesday mornings I run Open Door’s Craft Cafe, (Church Street, Exmouth EX8 1PE) offering bargain tea & cake, a variety of craft activities and a warm welcome. This is open to all, 10 am - 12.30 pm. Come along and join in with the creative activities on offer, bring your own project or just enjoy a cuppa and some company.

The Community Craft Room is a free weekly gathering where people can find friendship and creativity, open to everyone over 18. We meet on Wednesdays at The Old Gospel Hall, Hamilton Road, Exmouth with a morning (10 am - 12.30) and afternoon (1-3.30 pm) session.
Some people bring their own projects along and enjoy making in the company of friends. Others come along and learn a new creative skill using our Craft Room equipment and expertise. It is a group where we all share skills and encourage one another.
We join in with wider community projects in our area where possible and collaborate with the Open Door Men’s Shed on some projects. The Community Craft Room is a place for friendship, learning, creativity, encouragement and plenty of tea!
